Nestled in a verdant oasis, the hotel offers a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Guests can unwind in the magical gardens and several beautiful pools. the staff is hospitable, offering a warm welcome and excellent service. the food is consistently delicious as mentioned by one guest who enjoyed it in the beautifully shaded garden area beside one of the swimming pools.
Some guests have reported inconsistencies in the quality of the rooms and some facilities that need upkeeping.
